We've opened a second piercing shop in Temple Bar
47 Wellington Quay — Now Open
Hey, it's Sean.
After two decades behind the needle in Temple Bar, I'm inaugurating something I've been quietly conjuring for a long stretch.
47 Wellington Quay isn't a second branch of Crown Alley. It's a separate proposition — a rarefied atelier built around the most uncommon part of my work: limited jewellery releases and capsule drops from collaborations I've spent twenty years cultivating.
The essentials:
- Every drop is finite and timed. Once it's spoken for, we don't replenish.
- A handful of these collabs are mine exclusively — pieces no other studio in Ireland, and in many cases anywhere, can put in a vitrine.
- Each piece carries full provenance: who forged it, where, in what quantity.
- Fittings and bespoke commissions by appointment.
You can get pierced and pick up jewellery at either shop. Wellington Quay is just where the exclusive drops and collaborations live.
Doors open this week. The inaugural drop follows shortly — get on the list via socials or in person if you want first claim.
No wallet, no wishlist, no obligation — just come down. Stop in. Look at the work. Have a conversation.
To the clients who've grown with me from the outset: this room exists because of you. Come christen it.
